Welcome Tokyo Adventure Kids to TAIP!

We’re pleased to welcome Tokyo Adventure Kids as the newest member of the Tokyo Association of International Preschools (TAIP). Tokyo Adventure Kids offers a distinctive approach to early childhood education through outdoor adventure and hands-on learning. Guided by the philosophy “For Life. Not School. We Learn,” their program helps children develop practical life skills, confidence, and resilience in an English-speaking environment.

At the core of their approach is experiential learning that goes far beyond the classroom. Through camps and outdoor activities, children build friendships, explore nature, and strengthen cultural awareness while challenging themselves physically and mentally. The program emphasizes leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and personal responsibility—skills that encourage thoughtful, confident responses to real-world challenges.

Founded by Mark and a team of experienced Scout Leaders with over fifty years of combined experience in international education, Tokyo Adventure Kids brings together educators who have served as school directors, division heads, and classroom leaders across Tokyo’s international schools. Their shared goal is to nurture curious, capable young people ready to take on new adventures.
