TAIP Fall Conference 2024

Join us on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Aoba Japan International School, Bunkyo Campus, for a full day of professional development designed specifically for early childhood educators and school administrators. This year’s conference will focus on practical strategies for enhancing communication, supporting educator well-being, and fostering effective classroom environments.

The day will begin with a session by Rebecca Rolland, who will join us live via Zoom in our lecture hall. She is a Harvard lecturer and child development expert, presenting on "The Art of Talking with Children." This session will provide attendees with actionable tools to improve communication with young learners, strengthening relationships and fostering emotional and social growth in the classroom.

In the afternoon, the TELL Presentation will offer insights into managing stress and promoting resilience among educators, helping schools create supportive environments for both teachers and students.The event also includes facilitated breakout sessions on behavioral management, classroom environment, and communication with parents, giving participants the opportunity to connect with peers, share best practices, and collaborate on solutions to common challenges.
