Difficult Conversations

Difficult Conversations

When emotions run high, difficult conversations can quickly devolve into misunderstandings. In this workshop, we'll learn and practice techniques for having challenging conversations with parents.  From active listening to value-based reflections, the skills taught in the workshop are useful both in and out of the classroom.
