Forest School Workshop

About This Workshop

This workshop will be in two parts.  The first part will consist of a presentation discussing what Forest School is, where it has come from and why it has become an increasingly popular global educational vehicle.  Before moving on to talk about how such a vehicle can provide many benefits for young children’s early development.  The second part of the workshop will take place outside where we will carry out some classic Forest School activities, which will hopefully give you some ideas that you can implement with your own children.

Please note that for the second part of this workshop you will need to wear sturdy shoes and dress according to the weather; bringing water and sunscreen if it is particularly warm.  You should also come prepared to have some fun!
