Reggio Documentation

Ann Nishigaya would like to share her school's unique take on Reggio inspired, child centered documentation. She will share her own personal journey and struggles to find the best "voice" to convey her feelings and thoughts to her students. She will also show how administrators and teachers use the documentation to enrich the lives of the students, parents and teachers in an environment where everyone is "growing together".

Ann Nishigaya is the co-founder of Tokyo Children’s Garden with a long history as an educator in the Tokyo International School System. She currently use a Reggio-inspired approach at her own school to great effect, and is excited to share it with all of you.
