Come spend a little time on Saturday Morning as Hitomi goes over some basic children's yoga practices that you can put into place in your own preschool classroom. Hitomi will cover a variety of age groups and basic techniques, so that even teachers without any yoga experience can find something to use in their classroom. We will of course have time for questions as well.

Hitomi is an experienced preschool teacher with a long history of working in the Tokyo International School System. She is also a Yoga teacher for adults and children. She has been incorporating Yoga in her class for many years, and she believes that the positive education for young children supports their mental and physical health. She is currently based in Hong Kong.
